Be part of a truly iconic global brand, learn and grow with us.ABOUT THE JOB• Overall responsibility to manage ALL IR partners (MOB/MUB) including the following territories: Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Uruguay & Peru.• Manage sell-in and joint responsibility on sell-out for ALL IR partners in the hereto mentioned region, in line with global guidelines. Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments for IR partners (MOB/MUB)





by providing feedback on customer/market needs. Lead the seasonal collections presentation to partners at sales events such as Dealer Days to generate sell-in.• Responsible to facilitate replenishments and ensuring right stock levels of ALL IR partners (MOB/MUB) to drive sustainable results. Responsible to negotiate and propose solutions in regards to terminal stock based on global guidelines as well as managing cases of contract breach with the local legal council.• Build and foster strong relationship with ALL IR partners (MOB/MUB) through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event such as tradeshows, Dealer Days etc.• Lead the acquisition of new IR POP's (MOB/MUB) supported by the local Distribution & Real Estate Manager. Drive the overall negotiation with new partners based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management Team, and in coordination with the MXCA MD.• Consolidate all relevant information for new store openings (IR MOB/MUB) and manage the SEP and store opening process.• Define short and mid-term budgets for ALL IR partners (MOB/MUB), break down and set corresponding targets on a partner level based on given plan.• Define and control the local P&L; by-channel and by-customer, to ensure a proper profitability in line with company’s overall targets for the Cluster.• Ensure that ALL IR partners achieve the defined targets on a monthly and yearly basis by monitoring the KPI's and creating action plans to improve results where needed.• Provide feedback to Global Teams via the MD on customer/market cluster needs, initiatives/tools as well as proposing any other improvement ideas.ABOUT YOUWe are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:• Master’s degree in economics, International Relations or similar. MBA and/or Postgraduate degree is a strong plus.• 5+ years Senior Level with a relevant regional experience in most of the key countries (Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, Uruguay & Peru)• 3+ years in a similar role.• Extensive business leadership in B2B business model, including digital channels and O2O activities.• Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills• People management, leadership-at-work, experience in managing people.• Advanced financial, literacy and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational and analytical skills• Strong business development mindset and negotiations skills• Local language (Spanish) and English proficiency skillsABOUT SWAROVSKISwarovski is a family-run company, founded more than 125 years ago in Wattens, Austria.
