The Head of Digital Commerce will be a key part of the local Digital Leadership Team, and will work with agile multi-functional teams sharing talent with other areas of the business to deliver on results by integrating key elements of the digital business across the organization. As the Head of Digital Commerce you will grow the business aggressively week over week, partnering with our wide range of customers and partners to always gain value and share from the Total Alcoholic Beverages market. You will work ruthlessly on developing our digital commercial channels, while ensuring our brands are always winning throughout the consumer journey and ending in an amazing online purchase experience.





Your role is expected to have a big impact on the digital business performance, while also on the education, evangelization and development of our partnerships to ensure we all grow together, hand by hand with our clients. Responsibilities You will grow and develop a team of game changers within the organization. You will commit to the constant development of your team while also mentoring, training and coaching them and other peers within the organization to accelerate the transformation and build the digital commerce capability. Develop and grow win-win relationships with our clients and partners, to beat the sales forecast, gain share week over week, educate and develop the whole ecosystem to grow Lead the short and long term Commercial Planning & Execution process for online channels, bridging your ambition with the companys and bringing the brands and other channels strategy to ensure we grow overall as a company, in sync with the objectives of all other areas and business units, and taking close care to execution quality and our brilliant basics. Lead Cross-Functional Relationships and stakeholders to ensure digital commerce is a key component of the full funnel brand connections, the brand strategies, the clients development and business plans, the overarching commercial strategy, the shopper and category strategy and platforms, the regulatory & legal agenda and the global and regional ambitions. You will lead the Performance and Business Intelligence agenda of our digital business. You will create the correct performance management processes to always have the pulse of the business and act upon the key variables that will make us reach our ambition. You will set the right data sources, tools and practices to build a data centric culture that have constant Measurement & Evaluation of what we do in digital commerce. You will discover and design growth drivers that work. You will experiment constantly with strategies and actions that will delight consumers at every click and will improve our value proposition for online shoppers, working in hand with our clients, agencies and partners to accelerate the growth pace of the digital business while providing insights, inspiration and results to the whole organization on what drives the online sales and make big bets behind it. Capabilities You have a strong track record growing digital businesses and delivering results. It could be a side gig or personal venture, previous ecommerce experience, digital brand growth, you name it. As long as it grows and is digital, this could be for you. Qualifications 8 years of Commercial and / or business development experience, with at least 3 years in a digital businesses, with a proven record of driving value for businesses at scale in the digital world. Experience of at least 3 years leading teams and developing people Expertise in the digital arena. From digital marketing to performance driven marketing and tools, you know how to run a digital business and you could run the whole thing if necessary. Experience developing and growing e-commerce customers in Mexico and establishing and managing joint business plans. Master Degree / MBA / Digital Business Graduate Programs Experience opening / starting the digital business in CPG or similar companies Experience working at fully digital / tech environments and organizations pure players or e-convenience last milers preferred. Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently
