ERM delivers a wide range of services related to HS regulatory compliance, process safety program development, management systems (ISO ), knowledge in Power BI, as well as platforms such as cority, intelex, SAP or similar, understanding of Mexican health, safety and environmental regulatory framework and familiar with the global harmonized system. As a member of the team, you will participate in projects, procedures development and programs implementation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support on Safety projects in the development of strategies, processes, procedures, plans, and reports Prepare reports for risk assessments, consequence analysis and safety programs, among others. Perform safety/risk assessments and participate on field activities for different industrial companies. Conduct safety reviews on desk and field. Provide general safety compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance, as needed. Perform multiple projects within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverable. Support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to effectively manage projects. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BS in chemical or environmental engineering or related degree (combined with Health and Safety work experience). 3-5 years of relevant health and safety experience. Oil&Gas; (offshore) or mining sector experience is highly recommended. High English level (Verbal and Written). Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus. Experience with the implementation of Safety Programs and knowledge of Mexican Health and Safety regulations. Detail-oriented with aptitude and hands-on trouble-shooting/problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of proficiency with software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. Travel may be required, Passport and driver's licence are required- US Visa (Desirable).
