Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish Amazon as a key technology platform provider? As a SMB Sales Territory Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the adoption and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption,





and market penetration in the Mexico Small and Medium Market.The candidate should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.Roles & Responsibilities:· Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.· Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.· Develop and execute strategies and tactics to acquire new SMB customers.· Develop and execute against a territory plan that include numerous accounts (>100) and partners concurrently & strategically.· Create & articulate compelling business and technical value propositions around AWS services through partners/ISVs. Co-develop marketing campaigns, lead a extended virtual team of SA's, ISR's and DGs, evolve AWS value propositions to match Mexican SMB's market needs.· Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.· Maintain healthy sales pipeline.· Ensure customer satisfaction.· Availability to Travel (10%).Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute an SMB acquisition plan, through AWS Consulting and Technology partners, that shall increase AWS market coverage through activating new customers and, helping actual ones to adopt the cloud technology in a more pervasive way in order to achieve their business outcomes.Maintain a healthy pipeline which means to work with your partners ins a scalable way to keep track of opportunities, and learning out from their final outcomes in order to improve our sales efficiency and customer´s benefits.A day in the lifeThis is a highly demanding position as you need to be able, learn and improve, to deal with customers through diverse organizations such as business associations, chambers, industries, to name a few and do all this integrating partners with different profiles, solutions, certifications and even nationalities. All this in order to develop our SMB business at AWS Mexico, achieving non to par customer obsession, through partner GTM, and higher than market growth rates. The candidate shall enjoy this highly demanding, competitive job as we need people to be innovative, experiment, take risks, while deliver results. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · + 5 years of experience working alongside partners· · + 5 years of experience in territory sales (over 100 accounts territories)· · Data center and/or cloud services, partner's business models knowledge.· · Sales program building and/or execution experience.· · Business English fluency (B2 as a minimum, C1 is a plus)· · Proven through partners Sales Experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · BA/BS degree, business or technical background in engineering, computer science.· · Extensive services partners and/or ISV network· · Strong verbal and written communications skills.· · Cloud business at SMBs experience.· · IT services sales program development/execution experience for SMBs· · Experience working with ISRs is a plus.
